Ingredients:
Crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- ¼ t. black pepper
- 1 t. garlic powder
- ¼ c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Topping
- 1½ c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ½ c. low-carb pizza sauce
- Choice of toppings: minced onion, minced or sliced black olives, sliced green olives, mushrooms pieces, uncured beef pepperoni, hamburger crumbles (beef or vegetarian), sausage pieces (meat or vegetarian)
- Garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Lightly spray a glass baking dish with olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray.
- With a handheld electric mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese until combined. Spread evenly into baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and toppings of choice. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder.
- Bake 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
