Cream Cheese Crust Pizza

Ingredients:

Crust

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ t. black pepper
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • ¼ c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Topping

  • 1½ c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ c. low-carb pizza sauce
  • Choice of toppings: minced onion, minced or sliced black olives, sliced green olives, mushrooms pieces, uncured beef pepperoni, hamburger crumbles (beef or vegetarian), sausage pieces (meat or vegetarian)
  • Garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Lightly spray a glass baking dish with olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray.
  3. With a handheld electric mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese until combined. Spread evenly into baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and toppings of choice. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder.
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
